This position provides customer satisfaction by greeting customers, answering their questions either in person or by phone, performing all front desk and data entry routines in a timely and accurate manner. This position works in partnership with sales staff and managers within Smitty’s organization and is a key point of coordination for the company on a day to day basis.
$15.50 PER HOUR *

Create a pleasant and professional selling atmosphere by answering the phone and greeting the customers courteously, efficiently and professionally.
Process completed sales contracts and credit notes.
Co-ordinate with warehouse and shipping to assist with customer pick-ups.
Peform daily reconciliations of all credit card, debit and cash payments in our company POS system.
Provide customer's with updates on orders and process payments upon request.
Maintain the flow of in store customer traffic by monitoring the UPS system and notifying
sales staff accordingly.
Regular retail business hours (10am - 6pm weekdays), 9am - 5pm Saturdays, 11am - 5pm Sundays.
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills, customer experience and communication abilities.
Basic math and accounting skills.
Proficient keyboarding and computer skills.
